EUR ING Cian Farrell
Cian Farrell is an expereinced Chartered Engineer and past lecturer of Technological University Dubin (DIT, Bolton St), and Nanjing Tech University, China. Sitting as a part of two leading european policy boards, Cian has lead world policy talks with the European Commission and United Nations in areas such decarbonising of the built environment, green finance, and adaptation measures for the built environment. He is a Professionally Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland, Engineers Europe, and The Insitution of Structural Engineers. In addition, he is a Master of Science (MSc & DIC) in Advanced Structural Engineering from Imperial College London.
Cian has worked on a large portfolio of Engineering and Development projects in sectors such as;
Residential developments up to €80 million
Refurbishment developements up to €15 million (value of refurb works)
Industrial developments up to €100 million
Commerical developments up to €42 million
Educational projects up to €65 million
Numerous confidential data centre projects
Temporary works design & Coordination for projects up to €140 million on behalf of the contractor
Educational Consultancy projects (B2B/ Institutional ) up to €1.2 million.
